Summary 

The role of the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is dedicated to monitoring Stakeholder satisfaction and understanding and relaying Stakeholder needs to the rest of the company’s staff. The BRM role is tethered between the service provider and the customer at strategic and tactical levels, ensuring that the company understands the business requirements of the customer and can provide services that meet these needs. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services. 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. 

  • Identifying stakeholder needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions. 

  • Providing stakeholders with expert product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process. . 

  • Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner. 

  • Ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. 

 

Educational background / Work experience 

  • Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field. 

  • Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role. 

 

Skills & Competencies 

  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. 

  • Leadership and team management skills. 

  • Customer-oriented.

For this position, the expected base pay is: $86,500 - $129,500/ Annual.  Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
