You get it done
As an HR Process Improvement Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and future-proof HR operations.
You combine hands-on HR administration expertise with a strong focus on process improvement, standardization, and digitalization.
You act as a subject matter expert within the HR Operations team and contribute to creating streamlined, compliant, and scalable HR processes.
By identifying improvement opportunities and driving optimization initiatives, you help elevate the quality and efficiency of HR services across the organization.

Tasks:

• You support and execute day-to-day HR administrative processes, including contract management, onboarding, offboarding, personnel changes, absence administration, and employee file management;
• You ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of HR data and administrative processes;
• You act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on HR operational processes and procedures;
• You coordinate and help prioritize operational activities, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met without formal people management responsibilities;
• You analyze existing HR processes, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks, and translate these into improvement initiatives;
• You drive process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement projects across HR Operations;
• You support automation and digitalization initiatives in collaboration with HRIS, Payroll, IT, and other HR stakeholders;
• You contribute to compliance by ensuring HR processes align with labor legislation, internal policies, and audit requirements;
• You monitor process performance and proactively make recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, and employee experience.

You bring

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience;
• Several years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, Payroll, or a similar operational HR environment;
• Experience within a larger international organization or shared services environment is considered a strong asset;
• Strong analytical skills and a natural drive to improve and optimize processes;
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Lean Six Sigma is a plus;
• Affinity with digitalization, automation, and HR systems;
• The ability to influence and engage stakeholders through expertise rather than hierarchical authority;
• A structured, accurate, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset;
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English;
