Move forward as Key Account Manager (Road transportation) in Puurs.

You get it done
As a Key Account Manager within the Road Control Tower, you act as the central point of contact for DSV’s most important strategic customers.
Your primary objective is not to drive direct commercial sales growth, but to safeguard and enable sustainable growth through excellent service delivery, operational alignment, and strong contract management.
You ensure that customer agreements are effectively implemented, performance commitments are met, and relationships are strengthened through trust, transparency, and consistent delivery.

Tasks:

•    Manage and safeguard contracts, SLAs, and commercial agreements; 
•    Act as the primary escalation point for key customers;
•    Ensure implementation of customer agreements and new business requests;
•    Monitor and improve performance (KPIs such as on-time delivery, load performance, and reporting quality);
•    Coordinate tariff and rate management with pricing and tender teams;
•    Lead MBRs and QBRs, including senior-level stakeholder engagement;
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives within accounts;
•    Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration (operations, IT, finance, and commercial teams).

You bring
•    You have 5–10+ years of experience within road transportation with strong focus on account/contract management;
•    You could express yourself fluently in both Dutch and English; 
•    Deep understanding of road transport and international logistics flows, with the ability to translate operational realities into realistic customer commitments;
•    Proven experience managing high-value strategic accounts and complex stakeholder environments;
•    Strong communicator and relationship builder, able to confidently represent the customer internally and manage escalations under pressure;
•    Analytical and commercially aware mindset, with solid Excel skills and the ability to monitor performance, interpret data, and drive continuous improvement.
