You play a key role in keeping our operations moving. As part of an important system migration from CargoLink to Seal, you ensure that shipment data flows accurately and reliably between systems. Your work supports operational continuity during a critical transition, keeping supply chains running when it matters most.

Tasks:

•    Transfer shipment data from CargoLink to Seal with high accuracy
•    Update and correct data in both systems based on clear work instructions
•    Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors
•    Ensure data quality and reliability during the system migration
•    Support a smooth operational transition by maintaining structured and timely data entry

You bring
•    You can communicate fluently in English;
•    You are communicative, assertive, customer-oriented, proactive, careful, flexible and stress-resistant;
•    You have an international mindset and an affinity with supply chain management;
•    You have a good knowledge of MS-Office software and are open to new systems;
•    You are strong in oral and written communication (NL, EN).
