Payroll Specialist

About the role

Ready to make a difference in a dynamic, international environment? As a Payroll Specialist at DSV, your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time. You'll be a vital part of a tight-knit team, working together to guarantee timely and precise payments for our workforce!

 

Tasks:

  • Process monthly payroll for our workers and employees in collaboration with our social secretariat;
  • Manage monthly reporting;
  • Oversee and control time registration;
  • Assist in managing group and hospitalization insurance, ensuring information is current;
  • Stay informed on social legislation and ensure its proper application;
  • Proactively seek ways to optimize and automate payroll processes;
  • Advise and support HR colleagues with payroll-related queries;
  • Participate in various HR projects.

Are you the perfect fit?

  • You hold a bachelor’s or masters degree, ideally in a field like accountancy, business management or economics;
  • You’re analytical, precise, and accurate;
  • You can handle sensitive and confidential information;
  • You have excellent knowledge of Excel and Office;
  • Experience with E-Blox, Protime, and SuccessFactors is a plus;
  • You’re fluent in Dutch and English;
  • You’re a team player and can be flexible with working hours during payroll closing periods.
