• Issue tax invoices in accordance with requirements and ensure timeliness and accuracy. 根据要求开具税务发票，并确保税务发票开票工作的及时性和准确性
• Implement corporate management policies and internal control standards执行企业管理制度和内控标准

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

• Issue, void, and issue credit notes for VAT special and general invoices负责增值税专用发票及普通发票的开具、作废、红冲；
• Review invoice requests for completeness and compliance; ensure accuracy of all invoice data. 审核开票申请资料的完整性与合规性，确保发票信息准确无误；
• Verify that all tax invoice numbers issued on the same day have been fully entered into CW1 and perform any necessary manual entries to complete the records. 核查当天开具的税务发票开票号码是否已经全部录入到CW1，并做必要的手工补录；
• Record the tax invoice issuance amount daily, monitor the usage of the tax invoice quota, and promptly notify the tax specialist to request a quota increase when necessary. 每天登记税务发票开票金额，监控税票限额使用情况，并及时通知税务专员做提额；
• Export the previous month’s invoicing information report from the Tax Bureau’s designated platform on the first working day of each month. 每月第一个工作日在税务局指定平台导出上一个月的开票信息表。
• Assist supervisor in developing internal and external communication and coordination 协助主管开展与内外的沟通与协调工作；
• To take on special projects as needed 其他项目的参与；
• Other tasks assigned by upper leaders 领导安排的其他工作。
