• Manage the daily work of operations,balance and optimize the workload between team members . 

管理日常工作，平衡和优化团队成员的工作量 

• Control the data quality for team ,match the KPI target. 

控制团队数据质量，达到KPI目标 

• Make Operation procedure standardization and optimized . 

优化和标准操作流程 

• Handle all the special case in team also solve all the problem.Train team mumber to handle cases individually . 

处理团队特殊情况，解决问题。培养团队成员独立解决问题的能力 

• Negotiate with agent & trucking company & carrier & shipper , approaching company profit.  

与代理、承运人、托运人写上，达到利润最大化 

• Develop ,support and maintain feasible proceeding environment for key account business . 

为主要客户提供专业的可行性发展方案 

• To be the coordinator between team and other departments(SALES ,DOC ,ADM).Lead a good team working entironment . 

担任团队与其他部门（销售、单证、行政）的协调员，营造好的团队工作氛围 

• Report Monthly OP performance to Manager .
