Move forward as Junior Business Development Manager at DSV in Rekkem

Kickstart your commercial career in logistics and help customers move their shipments worldwide.
As Junior Business Development Manager within DSV Parcel, you are responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships in the field.
You operate in a fast-paced logistics and transport environment where speed, service and reliability are key.
Together with inside sales and operations, you offer tailored express and transport solutions that support your customers’ supply chains.

You will work from Rekkem and actively visit prospects and customers across the region.
You learn the market hands-on, supported by an experienced sales team and strong internal logistics processes.

You get it done

•    You actively approach new prospects and convert leads into long-term Parcel customers;
•    You visit clients to understand their transport and supply chain needs and translate these into tailored logistics solutions;
•    You prepare competitive spot rates and professional quotations;
•    You follow up opportunities in CRM and ensure correct customer data and agreements are aligned with internal systems;
•    You build strong relationships between customers and DSV operations to guarantee smooth onboarding and service;
•    You monitor customer activity and proactively detect growth opportunities;
•    You represent DSV Parcel in the market and strengthen our commercial presence in the region.

You bring
•    A first experience or strong interest in sales within transport, logistics or supply chain;
•    Bachelor level thinking or a commercial education;
•    Good command of Dutch and English (French is a strong plus), spoken and written;
•    You are eager to learn and motivated by targets and results;
•    You are proactive, persuasive and confident when visiting customers.
