Unpack and prepare film product for coating process per weekly production schedule.


As part of the UTi team, Associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality. Associates are expected to comply with corporate and site-specific policies.



  • Access product information via computer terminal.


  • Pull orders from warehouse stock using forklift.


  • Insert 6” Tidland mandrels cores in paper core.


  • Load towveyor carts, using overhead hoist.


  • Maintain order and arrangement of work preparing to enter coating process.


  • Enter product information into computer system to change inventory status.


  • Prepare “DHO” rolls for shipment.


  • Perform other tasks as assigned.




  • Basic data entry skills are required.


  • Work requires the ability to read and understand all safety, plant, and operational procedures.


  • Only operate equipment once trained and authorized to use.


  • Must be able to operate forklift, pallet jacks, and similar product moving equipment.


  • Must be good with numbers and able to perform basic math calculations.


  • Must be able to operate forklift safely.


  • Must have ability to communicate with customers and co-workers.



  • Must be able to operate pneumatic hand tools.


  • Must be able to follow all procedures and work safely.


  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Must have at least 6 months experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain forklift license/certification
  • Basic computer skills


Education and/or Experience

  • Must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Must have at least 6 months experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. Prior experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment is preferred.


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations

Must be able to acquire and maintain forklift license/certification.

Must be able to read and write the English language

Must be able to calculate using basic math.




  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
  • Prior experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accomplish job tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast-pace work environment.




  • This job may require the individual to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently. Warehouse associates will spend significant time operating material handling equipment; however, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, and frequent walking is also be required to perform the basic functions of this job.






Working conditions are normal for a warehouse environment. Exposure to changing warehouse temperatures. Normal production environment with adequate lighting and temperature. Employee must wear safety shoes and safety glasses at all times.  Leather gloves must be worn in all phases of the operation unless otherwise stated in procedure.

The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
