Role Summary :

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing large strategic contract logistics accounts within the organization. The role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring operational excellence, fulfilling contractual obligations, and driving business growth. The position acts as the primary commercial interface between the customer and internal DSV teams to ensure high service quality and continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage assigned large key accounts and maintain strong long-term relationships.

- Act as the main point of contact between the customer and internal teams.

- Ensure fulfillment of all contractual obligations and customer requirements.

- Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with agreed KPIs and SLAs.

- Identify opportunities for business growth including cross-selling and expansion.

- Coordinate with operations, finance, and BCM teams to deliver tailored solutions.

- Lead regular customer review meetings and provide performance reports.

- Manage onboarding of new projects or expansions for existing customers.

- Resolve operational or commercial issues impacting customer satisfaction.

- Support contract renewals and commercial discussions with customers.

Educational Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience :

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or contract logistics.

Experience managing large customer accounts in the logistics industry.

Strong exposure to customer relationship management and operational coordination.
