As a customer solution specialist, you will work at the intersection of air and sea freight, data, and innovation. You will support and collaborate with major international clients, providing smart solutions that help optimize, improve efficiency, and future-proof their supply chains: You’re on it.
How you do this? You are the connecting force between multiple teams, from operations to IT, and from customers to global stakeholders. You ensure that digital solutions are not only properly managed, but also continuously monitored and optimized. You take these solutions to the next level while ensuring that processes truly deliver results in practice.
You make data and processes transparent, advising clients within your portfolio on our available tools and capabilities in Order and Freight Management. You achieve this by:
- working on strategic improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives;
- optimizing Order and Freight Management processes;
- analyzing KPIs and translating data into actionable improvements and strategic insights;
- acting as the primary point of contact for your customers and internal stakeholders, while closely collaborating with operational and product teams to improve processes and solutions;
- supporting business reviews and performance meetings by preparing reports that contribute to strategic decision-making;
- driving digital transformation and innovation while ensuring customers maximize the value of our smart digital solutions.

You bring
- a completed degree at a minimum of bachelor’s level (HBO), or several years of experience in a role focused on operational excellence or sales management;
- strong spoken and written communication skills in both Dutch (B2 level) and English;
- a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Netherlands or Belgium;
- affinity with process improvement and change management;
- strong analytical skills, ambition, and a solution-oriented mindset.
