You get it done
In this role, you ensure that major players in the oil and gas industry never come to a standstill. From offshore platforms to 24/7 running global supply chains, you manage the flow of critical goods, ranging from heavy industrial engines to urgent shipments. Every second counts, and you are on top of it. Together with your colleagues, you deliver smart and efficient logistics solutions. This is logistics at the highest level: You’re on it.

How you do this? Our customer places an order with a supplier and immediately contacts you. Time to act. Our warehouse colleagues receive the shipment and carefully check it for quantities, damages, and correct documentation. From that moment on, you take control. You ensure the shipment is fully prepared for transport, select the most efficient transportation solution, and make sure all certifications and documents are accurate down to the last detail. No detail escapes your attention. You operate in an international environment where speed, precision, and service come together. At the same time, you never lose sight of customer satisfaction for your key accounts. You proactively keep them informed about shipment progress and ensure a smooth and transparent process from start to finish. You achieve this by:

• processing customer orders in CargoWise and informing colleagues on required actions;
• maintaining contact with road transporters, shipping lines, airlines, and agents;
• resolving delivery issues in a customer-focused way, such as delays in transit or situations preventing timely or complete delivery;
• keeping your customer contacts up to date on shipment status via phone and email.

You bring

• several years of experience in air and/or ocean freight breakbulk shipments, for example in a role as freight forwarder, forwarder, or project specialist;
• strong language skills, with excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
• you are energetic, keep your commitments, and strive for the highest possible customer satisfaction.
