Together with your direct colleague and manager Peter, you are proactive with all quality-related activities at the Rozenburg location. You are advisory to other locations in the Netherlands and periodically active with various audits. You ensure that everyone works safely at DSV. That's what you do!

You are active in an advisory and steering role with the implementation, maintenance and projects for the entire organization. This in the field of Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, Security and Corporate Social Responsibility. As a QHSE employee, your goal is to properly comply with all company and legal regulations & regulations in the areas of quality, security, IATA, Dangerous Goods Regulations / IMDG / PGS15, safety, health, environment and compliance. You also ensure that employees follow the mandatory training courses, you organize internal and external audits. You cooperate.

How do you do this? As a quality assurance specialist, you work closely with Peter Wienholds, who wants to teach you everything about quality. Such as setting up ISO and TAPA audits and organizing security awareness training. You have close contact with everyone at the location. From warehouse employee to management. You achieve this by:

• setting out and disseminating the policy with regard to all rules and guidelines with regard to QHSE;
• ensure approved current and distributed handbooks;
• working closely with facility colleagues to resolve and improve quality issues.

You bring

• a diploma/certificate Prevention Employees (star) (or want to follow this training);
• interest (and preferably experience) in QHSE, quality, audits and training;
• good knowledge of the Dutch and English language to be able to speak or email with colleagues.
