Move forward als Teamleader Healthcare Global Accounts at DSV in Schiphol

Managing a growing operational team of 5 freight forwarders as teamleader healthcare. Being responsible for all operational activities within your team. And helping them grow through your positive way of working. That is what you do!

You get it done
On a daily basis, you are the customer-oriented teamleader healthcare who works together with your team. You are responsible for all operational activities. And you are the point of contact for questions or problems for them, the customers as well as international colleagues. The job satisfaction and work in your team will improve even more because of your guidance. You contribute to it.

How do you do this? By working very closely with your team as teamleader healthcare healthcare and providing them with advice, tips and answers to questions. As well as customers on both a commercial and operational level. You also work together with the key account manager and maintain good relationships with customers. Every working day, you are actively leading your team operationally and tactically. You get this done by:

• actively working together with your team to organise air freight shipments for customers;
• being responsible for timely planning and feasibility of shipments;
• being actively involved in personnel management (performance interviews, sick leave and training). 

Your team stands out within DSV due to its enthusiasm and customer-oriented attitude. Your 5 team members help each other where necessary and, besides enjoying their work, find laughter on the shop floor important.

You bring with you

• hbo working and thinking level;
• at least 5 years of work experience in the field of air freight, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role;
• a good knowledge of Dutch and English to be able to speak or e-mail with customers.
