Estamos seleccionando para nuestra delegación de Barcelona (Rubí), un/a candidato/a para realizar prácticas en el equipo de recursos humanos.

Responsabilidades

• Reclutamiento y selección de personal
• Onboarding y acogida de nuevos empleados
• Desarrollo y formación de los trabajadores
• Gestionar la bonificación de la formación con la FUNDAE
• Implementar iniciativas de RRHH

• Grado en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Laborales, Derecho o carreras afines.
• Conocimientos en el manejo de Excel y otras herramientas de análisis de datos.
• Inglés: B2
