2. Objective:

Secure and support operations through the configuration, operation, monitoring, support, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure, as well as local applications used by users.

 

3. Tasks / Responsibilities

 

- Support: Resolve incidents and documentation in the Tickets tool in France sites remotely or on site.

- Travel to other company locations to provide support when is necessary and it is not possible remotely.

- Planning, design, and development of our IT environment.

- Collaborate in local, regional, and global projects related to the IT infrastructure support team.

- Local Servers Administration

- Infrastructure IT Support.

 

4. Competences

 

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Good level of English (advance level) required.

- Reliability and independent operation.

- Analytical mind.

- Teamwork.

- Services and results orientation.

- Good Knowledge of windows server environments, windows products, ServiceDesk tools and basic network troubleshooting.
