Purpose of the position
|
- To make sure that operation has perform according to customer's requirement.
- To make sure that KPI has been meet.
- To receive further assignment from superior to deploy on the shop floor.

Key Tasks
|
|
Responsible.
- Conduct morning meeting to communicate information/problem/point of concerned with operation.
- Make sure that operation followed SOP, and compliance with laws, regulations and safety.
- Make sure that operation results meet KPI target.
- Update report on operation performances.
- Manage periodic stock taking and discuss results with operation team.
- Ensure high inventory accuracy.
- Regularly review processes with a view to improving them for enhanced efficiency and profitability.
- Train staff on new and updated operating procedures.
- Handle additional duties as assigned.
Quality, Health, Safety & Environment
- Perform assigned tasks to support DSV meets its objectives and targets regarding quality, health, safety, and environment follow all requirements as set out in the QHSE policy.
- It is the responsibility of all staff to ensure that their day-to-day activities embrace sustainability/Health and safety therefore reducing the impact upon the environment, supporting the communities we work in and reducing incidents in the workplace.

- Comprehensive understanding of customer requirements in terms of information flow, transportation, warehousing, and inventory management

Educational background / Work experience
|
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or logistics management
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supervisor role in Logistics field.
- Familiar with Sea, Air, Land, Customs, freight forwarding environment at the international level

Language skills
|
- Good command of written and spoken English and Thai
|
|
Computer Literacy
|
- Computer Literacy MS Office skills
- Warehouse Management System
