Job Related Requirements:

  • Business Analysis Qualification
  • Process mapping / Business analysis experience
  • System Administration experience recommended.

Computer Literacy Level:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
  • MS SQL (Reporting)
  • System Administration (Tibco Nimbus) knowledge will be an advantage

Main Purpose of the Role:

  • Administration of Nimbus system (Backend)
  • User Access Management
  • Process Mapping
  • Creating workflows within Nimbus system
  • System Reporting

Duties and Responsibilities:

System Administration Component

  • Ensure that internal and external users are allocated the correct administration levels in the Quality Manual System
  • Maintain the electronic QMS (liaise with Vendors for software upgrades etc.)

Process Administration Component

  • Ensure all Change Management tasks are actioned within SLA
  • Ensure the mapping of new processes within SLA
  • Monitor and escalate overdue Change Requests
  • Monitor and escalate monthly Acknowledgment reports and review User Groups with Owner
  • Ensure annual process and document reviews are set up correctly and completed annually
  • Complete ad hoc projects for other business units / departments / projects within SLA
  • Ensure all documents and processes are created according to company standards
  • Ensure adherence to Management of Change procedure
  • Manage nonconformities and CAPAs

OTHER DUTIES

  • Provide reports to business as required
  • Provide support with respect to the location of processes/documents and user access
  • Provide training for Process Owners and End Users where required
  • Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service to all users
