In this role as a demo depot technician, you are responsible for the entire demo request process and handling of returns. From preparation to delivery, you take the lead and ensure that our equipment always arrives in perfect condition or is properly added back into inventory. In doing so, you directly contribute to the high-quality standards that our customers and we ourselves, rely on: You’re on it.

How you do this? As a Demo Depot Technician, you are an essential part of our technical lab and logistics team. You prepare, test, and coordinate demo equipment, from tablets and laptops to desktops and servers, ensuring everything is in perfect order for our customers. Additionally you ensure that returned items are being correctly processed and back on stock. You achieve this by:

• managing and tracking the inventory of demo devices, ensuring accuracy and availability. Preparation of products for shipment and reintegrate returned items into inventory;
• supporting logistics tasks, including packing, labelling, and dispatch;
• organizing and coordinating demo device requests, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries;
• liaise with clients to confirm technical requirements and ensure proper configuration of demo units and working closely with internal departments to align on product readiness and availability;
• perform diagnostics, QA checks, and system configurations, build, configure, and test laptops, desktops, servers, and other technical equipment;
• providing remote and on-site support during demo activities and client engagements, collaborate with stakeholders and Business Unit seeding owners on demo planning and execution.

You bring

• a consistent and detail-oriented work attitude, you are disciplined, structured, and are able to follow documented procedures;
• strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
• proven experience in advanced PC/server builds, including OS installation and customization, knowledge of Intel’s product range is a strong advantage;
• the ability to multi-task and collaborate within a team of technical specialists;
• a methodical approach with a focus on quality and reliability.
