As a warehouse supervisor high tech, you are responsible for directing and motivating your team. You work in a high tech environment for a dedicated customers and play a crucial role in ensuring warehouse processes run smoothly and efficiently: You contribute to this. You’re on it.

How you do this? As a warehouse supervisor high tech, you make sure daily operations run seamlessly. In a fast-paced environment with multiple clients, you use your leadership skills to optimize processes and elevate your team. You achieve this by:

• Leading with purpose – guiding your team through the day, setting clear priorities and ensuring operations run safely, efficiently and smoothly.

• Inspiring and developing your people – coaching, training and supporting team members so they can grow in confidence, skills and responsibility.
• Turning ideas into improvements – actively contributing to projects and identifying opportunities to make our logistics processes smarter, faster and more efficient.
• Taking ownership – responding proactively to challenges and finding practical solutions that keep our operation moving.
• Keeping quality and safety at the forefront – ensuring that company standards, legal requirements and safety procedures are understood and followed.

You work Monday to Friday on the day shift, from 10:00 to 18:30.

You bring

• excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others;
• knowledge of logistics processes within a warehouse;
• sound knowledge of WMS, Blue Yonder is a pre.
• a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
