Position Overview
The Human Resources (HR) Director is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the overall business objectives. This role oversees all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Design and manage performance management systems to drive employee growth and organizational success
- Administer compensation, benefits, and reward programs to maintain competitiveness and fairness
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Provide guidance and support to senior leadership on HR-related matters
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development
- Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization
