Time Type: Full Time

• Check and verify shipping documents (B/L, C/I, P/L) for accuracy and compliance.
• Submit import manifests to Korea Customs through GSABIS and CW1.
• Send Arrival Notices (A/N) to customers and receive Delivery Orders (D/O) from carriers or co-loaders.
• Issue invoices and release D/O to customers in CW1.
• Settle payments with overseas offices and local vendors in a timely manner.
• Ensure SOP compliance, data quality, and mandatory field completion within CW1 milestones.
• Handle intent and claim cases with relevant internal and external parties.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal operational guidelines.
• Receive customer orders and initiate shipments with DSV origin offices.
• Prepare quotations for customers and DSV origin offices as required.
• Arrange customs clearance and inland delivery according to agreed setups.
• Update shipment status regularly and keep customers informed until cargo release is completed.
