For our local branch in Settala (Milan), we are currently looking for a Sustainability Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data related to carbon emissions, energy consumption, and environmental KPIs.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and recurring patterns.
• Develop predictive and analytical models.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to support sustainability initiatives.
• Build and maintain a historical database for continuous monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborate in the preparation of presentations and materials for various stakeholders and, more generally, support the day-to-day activities of the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Engineering (Management Engineering, Environmental Engineering), Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with key environmental KPIs (considered a plus).

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of data management, processing, and analysis.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of Power BI.
• Good understanding of Business Intelligence and Business Analytics tools.
• Advanced data analysis techniques (e.g., regression analysis, scenario analysis, statistical functions).
• Effective data visualization skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (considered a plus).
• Experience using Python for data analysis (considered a plus).
