Move forward as Business Application Specialist at DSV in Venlo
You are the go-to person for everything related to business applications, Quote Tool, MyDSV, Cargo Link or any of our other systems. After an extensive onboarding process, you, as a super user in our systems, become the point of contact for our colleagues.

You get it done
In addition to answering system-related questions, you train our key users and familiarize them with our various applications. You test new releases and functionalities, after which you guide key users in their usage. Besides that you will focus on the customer implementation of our new customers and changes to customer configuration. 

How do you do this? Whether it's a malfunction, bug, or a customer request that needs testing in the system, as a business application specialist, you know exactly which buttons to press. You take ownership, come up with improvement initiatives, and are a networking enthusiast. You ensure that our organization can get the most out of our systems. You achieve this by:
•    providing training to new colleagues and training existing colleagues on new functionalities within our systems;
•    serving as a liaison between our colleagues in the office and our IT colleagues when it comes to malfunctions, customer requests, or system tests;
•    contributing to (customer) implementations where you play a central role between the customer, internal organization, and DSV Group;
•    initiating improvement plans or participating in large-scale improvement projects. You are an integral part of our development team.

You bring
•    some experience in transport and/or logistics;
•    affinity with systems and willingness to undergo necessary training to become a super user in our business applications;
•    proficient in both Dutch and English;
•    strong communication skills, assertiveness, self-direction, and training abilities. Stakeholder management is also a crucial part of your role.
