Working in our Customer Service department means working at the heart of our operation. This is where people, systems and logistics processes come together. You ensure that our customers navigate our services smoothly, error-free and with confidence, and you take pride in that: you’re on it.

 

How you do this? By guiding customers in using our digital solutions, resolving questions quickly and sharply identifying deviations. Thanks to your efforts, orders and shipments run smoothly, and you contribute directly to maintaining our service standards. You achieve this by:

 

• answering and resolving customer inquiries about shipments, documentation and status updates;
• identifying and resolving deviations to enable continuous improvement;
• administratively processing and monitoring orders and shipments;
• liaising with internal departments and external partners to optimise processes;
• actively contributing to and supporting process improvements and digitalisation.

• customer focus, proactivity and strong problem-solving skills;
• interest in digitalisation and process optimisation;
• strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
• proficiency with systems; logistics experience is a plus.
