As a Process Engineer Freight, you play a crucial role in promoting operational excellence and process standardisation in our operations, both in the Netherlands and Belgium. You make it happen.

How do you do this? You work closely with our freight operations team, using your knowledge of logistics and project management to implement impactful changes and improvements. You achieve this by:

• identifying operational improvement areas and standardisation opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders;
• leading projects for process optimisation and automation to reduce manual work;
• conducting risk analyses and implementing strategies for project success;
• being proficient in Excel, VBA, Access, and PowerBI for advanced data analysis, automation, and visualisation, with your skills in developing supporting tools and creating impressive data visualisations making the difference.

You bring

• experience in logistics, so you understand the operational processes and standardisation opportunities within the logistics sector. Additionally, you are familiar with warehouse management systems and transport management systems;
• experience in leading projects for process optimisation and automation;
• proficiency in risk analyses, mitigation strategies, and expertise in Excel, PowerBI, and/or other relevant tools for data analysis;
• good command of both Dutch and English.
