The Global Customer Implementation team is responsible for implementing tailored solutions for our largest clients: You’re on it.

How you do this? As a project manager global customer implementations, you’ll translate complex customer requirements into concrete solutions, ensuring seamless integration into our daily operations, including processes and IT setup. You’ll create detailed project plans, coordinate execution, and monitor deadlines and quality. Working closely with clients, sales, operational teams, and IT specialists, you’ll clearly communicate expectations and optimize processes. By organizing workshops, you’ll map out requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.

As a project manager, you add value by creating structure, ensuring transparency, and efficiently planning the work. Within the team, there’s extensive knowledge of both business and technical aspects, ensuring successful implementations together. You achieve this by:

• planning and tracking projects based on our project management methodology, PRINCE2, and GCI standards;
• organizing workshops with clients, business teams, and IT to define requirements and processes;
• designing customer-focused solutions, both operationally and technically.

Your team stands out within DSV by the internationally diverse, with members from countries such as the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Portugal, and Hong Kong. Together, you work on global projects characterized by their complexity and technical challenges.

You bring

• at least 5 years of relevent experience in freight forwarding or internationale logistics; 
• proven project management experience, ideally with PRINCE2 certification;
• excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
• willingness to travel 10-30 days per year.
