Within a department where collaboration, process optimisation and clear alignment are essential, you are the one who ensures structure, oversight and the smooth running of activities: you’re on it.

How you do this? As a senior business support specialist, you act as the link between business, operations and IT. You work closely every day with various teams within Contract Logistics Operations (CL COO) and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, both within the Contract Logistics organisation and within DSV Global IT. You ensure that the right people, processes and information come together so that decision-making runs smoothly and projects across all levels of the organisation are well aligned.

In addition, you actively contribute to the development and maintenance of our governance and process framework for the Business Architecture department. You translate strategic guidelines into concrete operational tasks and develop standards, procedures and templates that ensure consistent and reliable ways of working. You also maintain a sharp focus on the financial aspects of projects: monitoring IT-related costs, overseeing budgets from different perspectives, and ensuring financial agreements are consistently followed. You achieve this by:

• supporting the creation, management and improvement of processes, procedures and standards;
• monitoring and reporting on IT-related activities and costs;
• overseeing SLA processes and ensuring alignment between internal customer needs and IT services.

Your team stands out within DSV by its strong focus on collaboration and delivering reliable, efficient support to internal stakeholders. Together, you ensure optimal alignment between strategy, processes and systems.

You bring

• a completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Logistics or a related field;
• approximately 5 years of work experience in a large business architecture department or similar environment (experience in the logistics sector is a plus);
• experience with project management and process optimisation;
• knowledge of IT service delivery, the software development lifecycle, and agile methodologies.
