You get it done
At DSV, you will work on designing logistics concepts and initiating, developing, and selling these solutions. This is primarily done in tender processes, where your commercial insight and ability to communicate effectively with clients are crucial. You’re on it.

How you do this? You combine your technical knowledge and analytical skills to develop logistics concepts that meet the needs of our internal and external clients. You collaborate closely with various departments within DSV, such as sales and IT, to ensure the solutions align seamlessly with customer requirements. You consider both operational and commercial aspects to achieve the best results. You accomplish this by:

• developing innovative logistics concepts and solutions, such as warehouse automation;
• designing layout plans and financial models;
• conducting in-depth data analysis and financial sensitivity analyses;
• collaborating with sales and marketing teams to integrate RFQ proposals into the sales process;
• communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.

You bring

• a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, logistics management, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics;
• experience with warehouse management systems. You are accustomed to working on projects and can navigate a large, complex organization effortlessly;
• advanced knowledge of Excel, with additional experience in Python or PowerBi being a plus;
• proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
• knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and preferably experience with WMS systems;
• willingness to travel, primarily within Europe.
