Within our cross-dock operation, you work at the heart of logistics, where speed, teamwork and flexibility are essential. You lead a team while remaining visible and actively involved on the shop floor: you’re on it.

How you do this? You are present on the floor, lead your team and step in whenever needed. Together, you ensure that goods are processed safely and on time. You achieve this by:

• coordinating and distributing daily activities within the cross-dock operation;
• leading, motivating and supporting your team on the shop floor;
• actively assisting with loading, unloading and sorting activities when required;
• identifying and resolving operational disruptions;
• ensuring compliance with procedures, safety regulations and quality standards.

You bring

• experience in a logistics or warehouse environment;
• leadership skills combined with a hands-on mentality;
• a problem-solving mindset;
• good communication skills in English (Dutch or German is a plus);
• willingness to work in a three-shift schedule.
