Job Overview
- Work closely with assigned existing key account customers to ensure their satisfaction and oversee the operational aspects of their shipments while collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and meet customer's needs.
- Develop the customer growth potential by driving end-to-end and value-added solutions selling across all Products and providing a unique customer experience with superior customer focus within the Branch.
Job Responsibilities
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Oversee shipment operations and ensure service delivery
- Develop and execute account strategies and growth plans
- Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare and present reports (MBR/QBR) to customer
Customer Engagement & Growth:
- Drive account growth through cross-functional collaboration
- Engage key decision-makers and strengthen stakeholder relationships
- Promote end-to-end and value-added solutions aligned with account plans
Process, Compliance & Risk:
- Maintain SOPs/SLAs and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support contract negotiations and proper documentation
- Ensure reporting standards and data quality are met
- Escalate and resolve operational issues proactively
- Adhere to QHSE, safety, and sustainability standards
