• Forward / Collect AR / AP statement to / from overseas agent / DSV Logistic or Road China by due date.

在规定时间内，发送/收集与集团指定代理/DSV中国区物流或陆运之间的应收/应付对帐单。

• Complete  YTD Turnover data processing by due date for Intercompany report request.

在规定期限内，完成集团子公司间报表所需的全年应收数据处理。

• According to Intercompany difference report , discuss with overseas as the bridge until discrepancy reduce to an acceptable range.

根据集团子公司间差异数据报表，与海外沟通直至差异缩小至认可范围。

• Remind overseas agent / DSV Logistic or Road China to clean up overdue AR invoice effectively till settlement done.

实时提醒海外代理/DSV中国区物流或陆运结算超期应收帐单直至付款完成。

• Complete overdue report of external agent / DSV Logistics or Road China AR invoice by due date.

在规定期限内，完成超期未结算海外代理/DSV中国区物流或陆运应收帐单报表。

• Clean up booked Intercompany AP invoice from TPA by due date.

在规定期限内，清理TPA内已录入系统的成本帐单。

• According to AR reconciliation result  from overseas agent / DSV Logistic or Road China, align with AR SOA and bank credit amount , accurately in line with currency & amount as a result.

根据海外代理/中国区物流或陆运提供的应收对账结果，与我方应收对账单及银行入账金额相核对，最终保持金额/币种一致。

According to AP statement  from overseas agent / DSV Logistic or Road China, align with payable transactions in system 

• and bank debit amount , accurately in line with currency & amount as a result.

根据海外代理/中国区物流或陆运提供的应付对账单，与我方系统内应付帐单及银行出帐金额相核对，最终保持金额/币种一致。

• Complete transaction settlement by e-bank and forward inbound / outbound document request from HSBC by due date.

在规定期限内，完成网银的结算工作，提供汇丰进/出账所需的文件。

• Finalize AR / AP transaction write-off task accurately in system by due date.

在规定期限内，准确完成应收/应付系统内销账。

• Review internal transaction report for branch office and issue related invoice by due date.

在规定期限内，检查分公司内部往来报表的正确性，生成相关帐单入账。

• Finalize monthly bank reconciliation by due date.

在规定期限内，完成银行对账工作。

• Other tasks assigned by manager.

完成其他由经理分配的任务。
