Billing Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue accurate billing reports in strict accordance with official service contracts and business agreements, ensure report information is complete and consistent with contract terms.
• Verify business data and complete daily cost checking and booking work based on subcontract specifications, timely identify and rectify data discrepancies, and guarantee the accuracy of financial records.
• Follow up customer payment status actively, complete customer payment collection on schedule, sort out payment records, and assist in monthly payment reconciliation work.
• Sort, file and archive billing documents, contracts and financial vouchers regularly to ensure complete and traceable financial files.
• Cooperate with internal finance team and business team to answer daily billing and cost-related inquiries, and assist in completing month-end closing supporting work.
• Follow up and feedback abnormal billing and payment issues in a timely manner, and assist in problem solving.

Job Requirements:

• College degree or above; major in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields is preferred
• Minimum of 2~3 years experience in similar position at foreign companies
• Good communication skill in both English and Chinese, oral and written,
• Good Skill in Microsoft office - Excel
• Open, dedication, initiative, team player, mature, patient, attention to details, follow up work progress independently
