Job Overview:
 
Reporting to the Senior Team Leader in Enterprise Integrations, Global IT, based in Singapore, the incumbent will be responsible for the execution of EDI implementation projects consisting in changes of existing processes and implementation of new customers.  
Key Responsibilities:
 
•    Work as a liaison between the end-users/customers and developers to clearly define project requirements and document the resulting technical requirements.
•    Execute integrations in EDI according to its schedule and budget.
•    Analyze DSV customers’ requirements and prepare technical specifications.
•    Create or modify low complexity interfaces based on existing standard solutions, ensuring high quality using test scenarios.
•    Create specifications and documentation based on existing operational procedures.
•    Support business and the organization to identify any possible cooperation with the EDI department.
•    Maintain timely, efficient and proactive stakeholder communication regarding the daily tasks and projects.
•    Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the Development Team.
•    Document testing results, and support procedures to address at-risk issues and to make sure the solution works as designed.
•    Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection.
•    Responsible for other ad-hoc or related duties as assigned.
 
We are looking for internal candidate with below qualities:
 
•    IT experience as an EDI analyst, business analyst, support or similar IT background.
•    Knowledge of at least one EDI standard : UN/EDIFACT or ANSI-X12.
•    Experienced in working in Agile and/or Scrum Framework.
•    Experienced in end-to-end integration testing, production implementation and post implementation support.
•    Basic knowledge of communication protocols: FTP,SFTP,HTTP,HTTPS,SMTP, and AS2.
•    Familiar with continuous integration and operational processes in a freight forward environment.
•    Basic knowledge of IBM Sterling Integrator and Lightwell Framework would be an advantage.
•    Specification building, ideally with experience of GEFEG is preferred.
•    Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with internal and external partners.
•    Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and skills.
•    Positive working attitude with effective customer support experience.
•    Experienced in managing multiple projects and tasks.
•    Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Mandarin is a must.
