General Responsibilities:

• MDG system update
• To create and prompt the positive team spirit
• Help and support operation team to coordinate with head office
• Help and support operation team for admin jobs

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for updating the MDG system for biz involved
• Assist in monthly billing
• Follow up with Manager ensure all business is carried out according to DSV standard and policies
• Support in contract process with customer and suppliers
• Support in procurement by looking for vendors
• Weekly and monthly operating data report and analyze
• Be responsible for specific tasks appointed by manager
• Good email reply manner, which shall be timely and efficiently.
• Able to deal with daily job under pressure and emergency. 
• Cooperate with warehouse operation team for KPI management.

Qualifications                               Requirements

• Knowledge & Skills                  Knowledge of 3PL and freight forwarding industries Microsoft Office,  

fluent spoken & written English, and outstanding Mandarin.

• Education & Training                Bachelor, above is preferred, with industry training,  Management    

training, communication training

• Experience                                +4 years related experience and in 3PL is preferred
