Customer / Supplier Support客户 / 供应商支持
•    Coordinate the administration of customer and supplier contracts, including documentation preparation, internal approval coordination, and seal & record management.
协调客户及供应商合同的管理流程,包括合同文件准备、内部审批协调及合同用印记录管理。
•    Maintain contract documentation and ensure proper filing and traceability in accordance with internal policies and governance standards.
维护合同相关文件,并根据公司内部政策及治理要求确保文件妥善归档及可追溯。
•    Facilitate cross-functional coordination to support efficient contract processing and compliance with internal procedures.
促进跨部门协作,以支持合同流程的高效推进并确保符合内部流程要求。

Corporate Housekeep, Seal & License Management公司事务、印章及资质证照管理支持
•    Support Legal & Compliance to maintain and organize relevant corporate documentation and records to ensure alignment with internal governance and compliance requirements.
支持法务与合规团队维护和整理相关公司证照及记录,确保符合公司内部治理及合规要求。
•    Maintain oversight of company licenses and permits, including documentation management and renewal/usage tracking.
对公司各类资质证照进行管理,包括文件管理及续期/使用情况的跟踪。
•    Company Seal Administration: Oversee the administration of company seal usage, ensure seal usage is properly controlled and documented in accordance with internal authorization procedures.
公司印章管理:负责公司印章使用的管理,确保印章使用按照公司授权流程进行控制并做好记录。

Governance & Compliance Coordination公司合规管理协调
•    Support Legal & Compliance with the implementation and maintenance of internal governance processes, policies, and documentation controls.
支持法务与合规团队推进和维护公司内部治理流程、政策及文件管理控制体系。
•    Provide initial coordination and support for governance-related matters and internal compliance initiatives.
为公司治理相关事务及内部合规项目提供初步协调及支持。
