General Responsibilities 主要工作职责 

  • Reach the KPI for network RFQ win ratio 

达到network RFQ对于 win ratio 的KPI要求 

  • Execute network RFQ completely, accurately and timely.  

及时、准确的完成network RFQ 

  • Maintain the tender management database like benchmark database, air rates database, local charge database etc  

Tender database的维护，如 A/F benchmark，local charge 等 

  • Back up to other team members in tender team depends on the workload requirement  

其他同事的back up 

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责 

  • Be key contact to receive RFQ from network  

完成NETWORK发送的RFQ 

  • Analysis the key requirement/lanes in the tender and drive procurement team to provide best proposal.  

分析tender中的主要报价要求&航线，Procurement部门提供最优报价 

  • Alternatively benchmark the rate level.   

选择benchmark中相应的费用标准 

  • Monitor the tender feedback quality  

Tender的反馈跟踪 

  • Follow up each tender result orientation.  

每个TENDER结果的跟踪 

  • Maintain the CN rate (local + main freight) database  

CN报价（local 费用+运费）的维护 

  • Maintain the CN export rates benchmark database 

CN出口benchmark的维护 

  • KAM RFQ Pipeline 

大客户投标的概况 

  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
