General Responsibilities 主要工作职责

 

  • Air export gateway billing/Cost 航线账单与成本核算

 

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责
  • Cooperate with SHA/FEA and other branches Operation team to complete internal billing process

与上海及其他站空运出口部门合作完成内部账单流程

 

  • Reviewing and organizing daily flight plan to create preliminary billing estimates

整理每天的航班计划并制作预估账单

 

  • Check cost from airlines/vendor/overseas which related GTW dept

核算航空公司/供应商/海外与航线有关的账单

 

  • Cooperate with Financial department to settle payment to airlines/vendor/overseas

与财务合作完成航空公司/供应商/海外付款

 

  • Complete billing and cost process into system

在系统中完成账单和成本录入

 

  • Perform regular data analysis and reporting to support management's decision-making processes

定期制作数据分析与报告为管理层决策提供数据支持

 

  • Responsible for the issuance, review and archiving of invoices, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness

负责发票开具/审核/归档/确保发票准确及时

 

  • Other tasks assigned by manager
