Key Responsibilities

Supplier selection and local sourcing strategy setting for service parts.

Understand local service parts inventory and implementation of procurement processes.

Responsible for signing and management of general purchasing conditions agreement, frame contract with suppliers. Contracting, contract management, and risk assessment.

Purchase demands collection and order placing to suppliers.

5

Follow up with suppliers on the order progress and monitor the goods delivery plan.

Dealing with broken parts/ wrong delivery issues with suppliers

7

Payment to suppliers

8

Evaluating new supplier and existing suppliers with other departments together, also the supplier management at daily works. Supplier quality, service, relationships and performance to agreed cost base as appropriate.

Completion of other tasks or projects assigned by management.
