General Responsibilities 主要工作职责

• Responsible for the management of legal affairs related to Contract Logistics and Road Division in Great China, including HK, Taiwan.
• Acting as solution oriented business partner by providing professional and client-focused legal advice and guidance consistent with a Solicitor-Client relationship.

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

• Serve as primary contact for all legal matters and act as legal resource for the stakeholders within the assigned field of responsibility;
• Provide advice and opinions on legal issues and recommend the appropriate legal response or action, which best serves to protect the interest of the company;
• Review, draft and negotiate legal documents, all kinds of agreements;
• Assess and coordinate any regulatory matters and keep abreast of any related developments in the assigned field of responsibility;
• Deliver legal training/workshop programs to enhance business legal risk compliance awareness.
• Support the implementation and monitor adherence to dedicated corporate initiatives and processes, such as compliance, signing Powers, Contract Review etc.;
• Claims/insurance Handling & Lawsuit support;
• Coordinate and supervise External Counsels;
• Support M&A local integration;
• Organize and provide training for dedicated legal topics concerning the field of responsibility;
• Provide regular reports on main personal activities to functional superior
• Other Tasks Assigned by the Director.

• Internal 内部: Group, Operation, Commercial, Business Units, Sales, Finance
• External 外部: Law firm, Client etc.

Job Requirements 任职资格

Education & Working Experience 教育背景及工作经验

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in law

法学专业本科或硕士及以上学历

• At least 10 years’ working experience in legal and/or insurance tasks. Working experience in forwarding industry/law firm is preferred.

至少10 年公司法务及/或保险相关工作经验，有货代行业/律所工作经验者优先

• Admitted in PRC law Bar 

通过法律职业资格考试
