Assists to manage the operation team of solid implementation, execution, and daily operation.
1 Specific Accountabilities
- Drive the operation team on solid implementation, execution, and daily operation.
- Develop and manage operation team interpersonally, well cooperate with Areas, and oversea offices to improve process and service efficiency.
- Build up good relationship & service with customer, secure existing business and assist to develop new opportunities.
- Trouble shooting and emergency response.
- Attendance of both customer and service provider meeting.
- Assist to develop right service providers/ partnership for Asia Land Bridge business.
- Organize and conduct regular KPI reviews for service providers on monthly basis, evaluate the performance result together with vendor management team.
- Optimize performance & cost with analytical capability.
- Develop Asia Land Bridge Standard Operation Procedures and update on regular basis.
- Lead new project implementation across Great China Areas and overseas countries, assist the multi model or new solution innovation for customers.
- Liaise with KAM/ BD/ Sales, support to develop opportunity.
- Interface with RHO and oversea team for operational / service meeting.
2 Skills Required
- Good MS office in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Fluent in Chinese and English
3 Experience and Qualifications
- A bachelor degree in logistics/SCM, operations management, engineering, business management or similar preferred
- 8 years hands on experience on transportation operation or related
- Fair understanding of laws and regulations, China transportation infrastructure and China transportation market
- Team spirit, and good execution capability and negotiation skill
