Job Description

1. Domestic and International Landbridge outgoing invoice issuance and incoming invoice posting.
2. Track the status of customers’ accounts receivable and vendor payments.
3. Be responsible for month-end closing, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and timely delivery.
4. Ensuring high quality and compliance of billing data with company standards and policies.
5. Maintain proper documentation for external and internal audit.
6. Performing other tasks assigned by leader.

Qualifications and Experience 

    1. Junior college or above, major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.

    2. >2 years' working experience.Skilled in office. SAP or Power automation is a plus.

    3. Positive mindset.Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility.
