General Responsibilities 主要工作职责

Follows OP IOP to ensure the smoothness of cargo movement.

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责
Undertake PO follow up in compliance with client IOP and make response in timely manners.
负责跟进订单，能给出及时的信息更新。
On receiving pre-alert or pre-shipment info. initials the preparation and ensure the implementation of the operation for to-port/to-door term shipments, as per to FIA IOP and the relevant client IOP. 
自收到货物预报或者启运信息后，及时与相关方联络，按照FIA IOP和相关客户的IOP 完成操作。
Lead and coordinate the communication between the client and PVG coordinators, for clearance issue and delivery arrangement. 
就报关和送货，负责协调机场与客户之间的相关联系。
Conduct the sufficient communication with the overseas about the issue of both operation and accounting. 
就操作或费用事宜，与海外进行有效沟通
Verify the costs from subcontractors, as per to the agreed rate, with high cost conscious.
按合同报价确认成本，作好成本控制。
Ensure the data quality in GEE/DTT. 
保证系统数据正确及时录入。
Complete the report in line with the relevant client SOP. 
按照操作要求，完成并及时提交相关报告。
Be help desk to answer operation questions from external and internal general customers.  
就内外部客户的操作一般问题，进行答复。
Handle complaints and claims from customers and to co-ordinate exceptional cases with agents. 
处理投诉、索赔和特殊意外事件。
Timely escalation the issue/problem 
对于不能处理的事情
Other tasks from the superior.  
能完成其它临时指定事务。 
Follow outlined SOP and IOP instruction timely and accurately. 
Ensure that DSV billing processes are meeting target services levels.
Relay consistent issues to Manager in a timely and efficient manner.
Escalate to Manager proactively on continues disputes, high level decisions and high profile service issues and potential risk situations. 
Obtain strong working user experience with department key activities
