General Responsibilities 主要工作职责
•    Support operations, supervisor and manager daily work in Project team.
协助操作，主管及经理完成各项日常工作。
Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责
•    Create file# in CW1 as per operations instruction.  
按操作要求创建CW1 file#。
•    Issue the HBL as per oversea office / customer’s instruction and follow up the MBL with carrier.
根据国外办公室/客户指示开具HBL以及跟踪船公司的MBL。
•    Input both AR & AP charges into CW1 and bill to local client and overseas offices as per quotation in due time.
费用及时录入CW1，根据报价及时向客户和海外公司开票。
•    Submit invoices to Webcost in due time.
及时将发票上传Webcost。
•    Support operations to update tracking reports timely.
协助操作及时更新货物跟踪报告。
•    Complete and correct data input in operation systems by following SOP and instructions.
根据SOP和指令完成操作系统的录入并确保信息完整、正确。
•    Other tasks assigned by manager/supervisor/operations.
完成其他由经理/主管/操作分配的任务。
