The Product Specialist, Pharma is responsible for quality control, assurance, source matter expert

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责
Ensure that all work assignments are performed on time.
Takes lead in troubleshooting issues.
Obtain strong working user experience with all operation tasks in Pharma. 
Responsible for keeping him/herself up to date on client and account management communicated information.  
Develops relationship with clients and becomes familiar with key contacts, unique requirements and operating processes.
Ensure that DSV processes are meeting target services levels.
Ensure that the Pharma team is meeting DSV and specific client setup KPI targets.
Establish a very strong knowledge of DSV’s freight forwarding product offerings and procedures relevant to temperature controlled and pharmaceutical commodity transportation.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and DSV network handling Pharma business.
Handles quality, claims, continuous improvement and corrective action, preventive action processes
Understand, investigate and solve any complex client requests or complaints.
Obtain source matter expert level on DSV QMS process and procedures and ensure these are always followed by Pharma team. 
Maintain competitive pricing catalogues factoring in market buy rate levels and customer expectations.
Develop strong user experience with Valiaide risk management system 
Maintain Account Plan for all active and key target clients 
Support initiatives to target key target clients 
Act as DSV QMS Healthcare Specialist role 
Support new department projects
Escalate to Manager proactively on continues disputes, high level decisions and high profile service issues and potential risk situations.
