General Responsibilities 主要工作职责

•    Strategically identify, develop, and expand new- and existing business within the large local controlled account segmentation focusing on Semicon industry.

•    Lead negotiations and close deals that align with the company’s strategic goals and growth objectives.

•    Monitor Semicon market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

•    Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align business development strategies aligned with the overall growth targets.

•    Reach new- and existing business sales KPIs and develop a healthy pipeline to support.

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

•    Business development and growth: Identify potential large Semicon accounts and develop strategic approaches for gaining new business and to secure a long-term engagement.

•    Customize business proposals and solutions to meet the specific logistics needs and requirements from new- and existing accounts.

•    Relationship management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders with account portfolio.

•    Serve as the lead point of contact for all strategic matters relating to the account to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

•    Deal negotiation and closure: Lead negotiations, propose solutions and offers tailored to client needs, and close deals to achieve KPIs and budget guidelines from the company.

•    Ensure all business development activities comply with legal and ethical standards in accordance with the DSV Code of Conduct.

•    Strategic planning and execution: Develop and execute robust business development strategies for Semicon large accounts that are controlled, paid and handled in China.

•    Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, analyzing account trends and developing appropriate strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, procurement and operational teams to ensure that the account strategies are well understood and implemented effectively.

•    Ensure that account needs are addressed with prompt and effective solutions predominately within own organization – but also cross-divisionally in DSV Road and DSV Solutions locally and overseas.

•    Performance metrics: Use defined key performance metrics in Microsoft Dynamics to track the success of the business development activities.

•    Use data to refine approaches, report to senior management, and adjust strategies as necessary.
使用数据来完善方法、向高级管理层报告并根据需要调整策略。
•    Collaboration and networking: Collaborate with internal teams; including marketing, tender, branches  to align on business strategies and goals.

•    Actively participate in industry events, seminars, new- and existing customer appointments and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the company.
