General Responsibilities 主要工作职责

• Implement company’s credit policy and internal control standard.执行企业信用管理制度和内控标准
• Facilitate daily work process within Finance department. 实施财务部日常工作流程
• Provide accurate & timely financial data before deadline. 保证财务数据的准确性和及时性
• Assist supervisor in preparing related reports协助主管完成公司业务报表出具工作

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

• Know well about the correct method of accounting. 掌握所有账务处理的正确方式。
• Be in charge of AR collection and monitoring负责应收账款催收工作；
• Prepare related reports (AR China report/High focus report / Atradius report etc)  编制相关报表
• Finish A/R account write-off based on bank receipts of previous day按照销账流程，当天完成上一工作日银行收款系统销账流程；
• Vat Invoice cancellation based on qualified application from operation.根据操作提供的符合要求的表格作废税务发票
• Provide tax - paid certificate  to meet  the requirement of client.根据客户需求提供完税证明。
• Assist supervisor in developing internal and external communication and coordination 协助主管开展与内外的沟通与协调工作
• Support  and coordinate with internal & external audit. 协调内外部审计工作
• To take on special projects as needed 其他项目的参与
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor / manager 其他工作安排

Communications 沟通对象

• Internal 内部: Operation, Business Units, Quality and Administrative personnel, etc. 操作，业务部门，质量管理及行政人事等。
• External 外部: Existing customers Potential customers. 外部客户，潜在客户。

Job Requirements 任职资格

Education & Working Experience 教育背景及工作经验

• Junior College / Bachelor degree of accounting / finance or above     财务专业专科/本科毕业
• At least 3 years accounting working experiences     3年以上财务工作经验

Skills & Knowledge 技能与知识

Professional Knowledge 专业知识:

• Outstanding Mandarin; Familiar with Chinese Finance and Economy laws and provisions, tax policy and book keeping standards.     熟悉国家财经法律法规和税收政策及相关账务处理方法

Software Skills 软件技能:

• Familiar with MS office   熟悉掌握办公软件

Language Skills 语言技能:

• Good English in reading and writing   良好的英语读写能力

Competency 能力要求

• Examining information (Processing Information; Asking Probing Questions; Finding Solutions)

对所做的工作能独立完成，在遇到的问题时能及时合理的寻找解决方案。
