Control and correspond the work of the daily Operation team in order to enhance the overall quality of the team jobs done.

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责 

To carry out the tasks distributed by the Project assistant Operation Manager & Project Operation Manager.   

履行项目操作副经理以及操作经理分派的任务。 

To assist Project Operation Manager during daily work and focus on the quick solution in the trouble. 

协助操作经理日常工作并注重问题解决以及提供快速解决方案。 

Daily communication with clients and subcontractor.  

和客户以及分包商日常交流沟通。 

To monitor, manage project timeline and report project progress.  

监视以及管理项目进程以及汇报项目进度。 

To liaise with internal departments and overseas offices to follow up the shipment operation. 

联系公司内部各部门以及国外办公室以跟进货物操作。 

To evaluate the service provided to customers. 

评估给客户提供的服务。 

To distributed the task to team staff reasonably 

合理分派发给团队人员任务 

To audit sub-contractors’ expense statement and invoice, strictly control cost. 

审核分包商的费用确认单以及发票，严格把控成本管理。 

To Provide accurate pricing proposal  and quotation to client or oversea office. 

给客户或者国外办公室提供准确价格以及方案。 

Other tasks assigned by Project Operation manager and Project General Manager
