General Responsibilities 主要工作职责

• Monthly/Quarterly analysis report 每月/季财务分析报告
• Preparing annual budget report年度预算工作
• Leadership/coaching of departments' employee本部门员工的管理及培训工作
• Other reports required by management 管理层需要的各类报告

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

• Reports submission before deadline, including trade lane, volume, client analysis, branch operation在集团或经理部门要求的报表截止日前，负责编制并向上级提交本人负责的各类报表；包括航线分析，业务量分析，客人分析，分公司运营分析。
• Submit consolidated analysis reports (PPT, excel, Power BI etc.) based on financial reports根据各财务报表汇总编写综合分析报告并提交管理层。
• Review monthly management reports from subsidiary and conducting necessary analysis for managerial purposes. 复核子公司每月财务管理报告，并从管理的角度做出必要的财务分析。
• IOP/WI drafting for reporting team with coordination to Quality & Process team. Regular review Finance process including Logistics Company, figure out improvements required and update related IOP/WI. 定期回顾财务工作流程（包括物流公司），不断改进并相应更新内部流程及作业指导书。与质量流程管理团队合作，起草有关财务报告的内部流程及作业指导书。
• General policies and rules coordination with Logistics Finance team. 协调物流公司财务管理的一般管理政策。
• Support various auditing accordingly, including PRC audit, Group audit, Internal controller audit.支持各种审计，包括税务审计、集团指定审计及集团内部审计。
• Support the annual budget preparation including subsidiary. 支持年度预算编制（包括子公司）。
• Instruct and train the members of accounting team指导和培训团队的成员
• Coordinate with IT team for Finance system implementation and coordinate testing in order to validate the solution meets requirements of the business and ensure timeliness of signoff 和IT部门合作完成财务系统上线工作; 协调上线测试，寻求解决方案以满足业务需求, 并确保结果的及时性
• Other Task Assigned by the Superior. 其他上级分配的任务。

• Internal 内部: Management, Operation, Business Units, Quality control, etc. 管理层，操作，业务，质量流程等。
• External 外部: External Auditor 审计师

Job Requirements 任职资格

Education & Working Experience 教育背景及工作经验

• Bachelor degree of accounting/finance or above  财务专业本科毕业
• 6+ years related experience in accounting and finance, audit firm and logistic industry experience is preferred. 6年以上相关财务经验，有会计师事务所工作经验及物流行业经验（3年以上）的优先考虑
• SAP experience is preferred SAP 系统操作经验优先

• Solid background in finance and accounting area with strong analytical skill具备专业的财务会计知识并有很强的分析能力

• Good Command in Excel/PPT/Word 精通Excel/PPT/Word
