You will be part of our CBT(Cross Border Trucking) BD team, to manage solution/pricing/sales target and deal with the relationship with sales team and our customers.
Your Responsibilities:
1 To drive and manage development of our CBT solution & pricing
2 To maintain market position by supporting opportunities, developing product of new lanes, markets
3 To ensure annual budget
4 To support process mapping and implement solutions if necessary
5 To monitor operations, sales performance and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
6 To collaborate with other managers and departments in increasing cross-selling activities and success
7 To work closely with sales teams in ensuring target growth is achieved
Your Experiences & Skills:
1 Experience in International freight, English language
2 Strong business development skills and knowledge of industry trends
3 Good communication skills to face internal other department and outside customers
